do we have to register somewhere for making teams or unofficial talk between people will also be okay

Teams can be formed anywhere, pre-hackathon, on the message boards in Whova, or during our team building session at 6:30pm (Central/UTC-6). Teams are only documented when you submit your project here in Devpost.
